Dare 2 Dream Leaders Inc is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization empowering at risk middle school and high school youth by providing education, skills and resources to help build them into future dynamic leaders.
We serve our youth HOLISTICALLY. We understand that there is no one way, or thing you can do or teach a student that will help them become well rounded individuals. Therefore, we’ve come up with our five pillars of success – to meet the needs of the youth – namely Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Career Etiquette, Creative Arts and Community Service.

What We Do
D2DL hosts a FREE youth summit called “Road 2 Success” for middle & high school youth in NYC. A full day of fun, education, live performances and relevant workshops.
Founder Ijana Nathaniel handles speaking programs on discovering entrepreneurship, dream boarding, creating business plans, entrepreneurship speaker series and a more. Our workbook “Beyond Career Day” is based on our core program.
Youth Advisory Board or YAB is an extension of our youth program, which serves as both career development and mentoring venue between the executive board members and the youth advisory board.,
