Dare 2 Dream Leaders Inc. was established in 2010. It is a 503 (c) non-profit organization seeking to empower at-risk youth by providing them education, skills, and resources. As we celebrate our anniversary, we look back to all the people who have been part of our success and recognize them through our awards ceremony.
