Dare 2 Dream Leaders Inc. was established in 2010. It is a 503 (c) non-profit organization seeking to empower at-risk youth by providing them education, skills, and resources. The Youth Summit gallery shows the annual fun and learning experience of our future leaders through resource fairs, workshops, entertainment and more.
