The Leadership Academy is an intensive youth development program designed to provide our students with increased communication skills, presentation skills, financial empowerment, life skills, service engagement, and goal setting skills in a fun and safe environment. We designed this 6-week program with our goal to have each participant utilize these skills daily and beyond this program. 

The Annual Youth Summit is a nest for leadership and skills development opportunities seeking to provide our youth participants with knowledge and skills in a fun and safe learning environment guided by our five pillars of success: Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Career Etiquette, Creative Arts and Community Service. 

In our hope to educate our youth in many ways possible, we are now bringing our learning remotely and more accessible through our online course videos. These videos are anchored to all information and knowledge from our Beyond Career Day workbook, with Ijana Nathaniel herself, explaining every chapter and encouraging each youth to take learning a step further.
